Admission Process, Selection Criteria, UG Programmes

For admission to any B. Tech programme at MIT-WPU, candidates must have appeared in JEE 2024, MHTCET 2024, PERA 2024, MHTCET-B/2024, or NEET/ 2024 (for the Bioengineering programme only). Applicants are required to have a minimum 50% aggregate score in Physics and Mathematics with any Technical Vocational Subject. Physics, Mathematics, and English are compulsory, along with Chemistry/Biotechnology and a 50% aggregate score in Class 12th/HSC.  Additionally, those with a minimum 60% aggregate score in a Diploma in Engineering & Technology in a relevant branch from a UGC-approved university are eligible to apply at MIT-WPU.

The selection process for B.Techprogrammes is based on the scores from JEE 2024, MHTCET 2024, PERA 2024, MHTCET-B/ 2024, or NEET/ 2024 (for Bioengineering) and a Statement of Purpose (500 words) written by the student for those who meet the eligibility criteria.
